Part of Rivertown HoiAn Resort & Spa - a Beautiful garden setting and great food. Service and hospitality from Ms Trang was exceptional. She even taught us some handy Vietnamese words. Great happy hour cocktails until 8pm. Highly recommend.

We had breakfast at Soul Restaurant every morning during our stay at RiverTown Hoi An and it was consistently excellent. There was a great variety of food, everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the service was always friendly and attentive. A very special shout-out to Lou, who was absolutely wonderful. She remembered our names and our drinks order each morning and always made sure we had everything we needed. It’s those little personal touches that make such a difference and made us feel genuinely welcome. A lovely way to start each day in Hoi An. Excellent food and exceptional service – highly recommended!

I just had the opportunity to enjoy the buffet at The Soul Restaurant in Hoi An, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a meal. The buffet menu is very diverse, with many dishes that are not only delicious but also delicately prepared and beautifully presented. The service is excellent, with attentive, friendly, and prompt staff. Everything went smoothly, and the staff always ensured we felt comfortable throughout the meal. Overall, there is nothing to complain about or be disappointed with. Whether you are a local or a tourist, The Soul Restaurant is definitely a destination worth visiting for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

The food here is very delicious and all the staff here are very lovely and attentive. Especially Miss Bach Lan is absolutely wonderful; Miss Lan actively observes all customers. For example, my family really likes hot milk coffee, and I only asked about condensed milk at the drink counter, but Miss Lan enthusiastically introduced the coffee and asked my family what kind of milk coffee we like, and she gave my husband and me two cups of extremely fragrant and delicious milk coffee. My children were also served very enthusiastically by Miss Lan and other staff members, and my whole family had delicious meals and felt welcomed. I will definitely visit this hotel and restaurant again if I come to Hoi An.

A wonderful experience - I had a very memorable anniversary evening. It was my girlfriend's birthday - I organized it at The Soul restaurant. The staff decorated the table beautifully for me (flowers-candles). Even more surprising, they offered a birthday cake to my girlfriend. I really liked the service, from the food to the drinks. The view was very romantic, very suitable for organizing events (at the garden). If I have time, next time I visit Hoi An, I will definitely choose The Soul restaurant for my honeymoon with my girlfriend. Thank you to The Soul team, see you again 🥰

The staff are very warm and friendly, clearly explaining the dishes, recommending the best ones, and serving wonderful meals. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and the food was always delicious and affordable in a very quiet and peaceful dining space. Fresh food and friendly smiles are always a plus!

A location with a beautiful landscape, very close to Hoi An Ancient Town but avoiding the noise and crowds. We came for dinner last night and there was only one other table with guests. The food was very delicious and the atmosphere was extremely peaceful. Definitely worth trying if you want to get away from the crowds.

The coffee was wrong, but they brought it out immediately even though I didn't notify them in advance! The staff was very friendly, the food was clean and delicious. ☺️ I had a comfortable meal and left!
