당연한 말이겠지만, 해산물을 먹을때 가장 중요한건 역시나 신선도가 아닐까 싶습니다. 비린내나 다른 잡내 없이 신선해서 식사하는 내내 온전히 음식을 즐길 수 있었던게 가장 좋았던것 같아요. 가게 규모가 엄청 크진 않더라도 가게가 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 가격은 일반의 경우보다 10% 할인된 가격으로 맛볼 수 있었는데 좋더라구요. vietspot 이라는 앱에서 웰컴쿠폰을 받아 사용했는데 여러가지 다양한 서비스들도 제공이 되고 있는것 같더라구요. 한번 이용해 보시면 좋을것 같아서 리뷰 작성하며 같이 남겨봅니다~!

Worthy of 10 stars for serving takeaway in such a polite box. The price ranges from 90k and up for a lunch set, so it is considered cheap compared to the price!

Today it rained heavily, so I conveniently stopped by a small sushi restaurant. The place is a bit hidden, but the staff were very attentive. Perhaps due to the weather, there weren't many customers; when I arrived, there were only two tables, and no one else came afterward. Even so, the food came out very quickly ☺️🤞 I ordered 4 dishes and 3 drinks. As for the food: 1️⃣ Salmon skin salad: Fresh vegetables, but the salmon skin wasn't very crispy. The soy sauce here was also a bit lacking in flavor, not salty enough. Overall: 7/10. 2️⃣ Salmon sashimi: Beautiful presentation, served on an impressive little boat. However, the salmon slices were cut a bit thin compared to where I usually eat. On the flip side, the fish was still fresh, fatty, and delicious. Overall: 8/10. 3️⃣ Salmon and avocado sushi roll: Beautifully presented, flavor was decent and easy to eat. Overall: 7/10. 4️⃣ Japanese pancake (okonomiyaki): This was the dish I found most delicious in the meal, well-balanced and quite impressive. At the end of the meal, the restaurant also gave us complimentary yogurt for dessert, which was really sweet. Overall, the food was okay, and the prices were moderate—neither too expensive nor too cheap. It's just that the seasoning should be adjusted to be a bit more flavorful, as the general feeling was that it was slightly bland. In summary, this was a lovely experience, and I will visit the restaurant again another time to try new dishes 🥰

🍽️ Wonderful lunch at Toru! We stopped by Toru for lunch because we had some business nearby, and we were truly surprised by the experience here. Right from the door, the staff greeted us very warmly, creating a pleasant feeling from the start. Stepping inside, the space was cool with air conditioning – truly a "cooling remedy" in the sweltering midday heat. We ordered several dishes and were served one by one, each dish carefully prepared. The flavors were delicious, the presentation beautiful, exactly what a quality lunch should be. The staff were quick, friendly, and always attentive to guests in a subtle way. The prices were reasonable, matching the quality of the food and service. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely return when we have the chance.

Quán ăn nhỏ nằm trên đường Đống Đa, đi ngang tình cờ thấy nên mình ghé vào ăn luôn. Tiện trải nghiệm các quán Nhật khác. Mình đi 2 người và order 1 phần sushi (129.000vnd), kitsune soba (99.000vnd), và 1 phần salad da cá hồi (109.000vnd), 1 chai nước suối dasani (14.000vnd). Tổng bill mình đi là 379.080vnd (bao gồm cả thuế là 28.080vnd). Mình đính kèm ở đây để các bạn thể xem xét khách quan về giá cả. Ăn xong sẽ được miễn phí dessert rau câu dừa, mỗi người 1 phần rau câu. Thứ nhất, về dịch vụ: Mình đánh giá là rất tốt, các bạn nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình và vui vẻ. 9/10 Thứ hai, không gian: Không gian quán tuy nhỏ, nhìn vào thấy bếp luôn, nhưng ngồi tại đây không thấy sự bí bách. Chỗ ngồi thoải mái. 9/10 Thứ ba, thực đơn: Menu ở đây có rất là đa dạng và nhiều món luôn. Có thể ăn các món ăn khác nhau. Mình gọi 3 món là ăn ná thở luôn. Về gia vị món ăn mình thấy cứ thiếu thiếu chỗ nào. Chưa được tròn vị lắm. +Sushi: ăn cũng được nhưng chưa đủ đậm đà. +Kitsune soba: món này mình ăn ở Nhật, nước dùng rất là thơm luôn. Thơm mùi vị đặc trưng của món kitsune và miếng đậu hủ cũng rất thơm. Và ở Nhật, món này sử dụng rong biển và hành trắng, đậu hủ để bỏ vào kitsune soba. Tuy nhiên ở quán bỏ rau tàng ô vào. Cũng ngon, nhưng vì bỏ nhiều nên vị của tàng ô lấn át hết mùi của soba. Thêm nữa, nước dùng rất nhạt. 1 phần là vốn dĩ nó cũng nhạt. Thứ 2 là 1 phần do ăn sushi và salad trước nên thấy soba còn nhạt hơn nữa. +Salad da cá hồi: không có gì đặc sắc. tổng quan món này ngoài miếng cá hồi rất thơm ra thì không thấy gì nữa. Thịt cá hồi ở đây được để lại chung với da cá hồi, nên khi ăn thấy cá hồi rất là thơm luôn. Tuy nhiên nhược điểm của việc để lại thịt cá là không thấy da cá giòn. Thêm nữa là, xà lách ở đây không đủ độ giòn. Nước tương thì nhạt. Có thể quán hướng tới những người ăn nhạt, nên món nào cũng nhạt nhạt như vậy chăng?? Nhưng với việc trải nghiệm cả trăm quán ăn Nhật rồi thì mình thấy món ăn ở đây cũng chưa đúng chuẩn vị Nhật ạ. Quán nên có sự cải thiện. Với lúc mình coi menu, mình không thấy trên menu thể hiện các món best seller của quán. Giữa 1 rừng các món ăn thật sự không biết mình nên chọn món nào. Tiện thể, quán có thể cho mình biết best seller ở đây là món nào được không ạ? Để mình lần sau ghé ăn thử ạ. Cám ơn.

I only knew about this restaurant after eating pho here. It's a bit hidden, so not many people notice it. I can't eat raw food, only cooked, so soft-shell crab sushi and grilled beef are good choices for enthusiasts like me. The space on the first floor where I sat was quite okay. As soon as I entered, the staff greeted me with something in Japanese that sounded like 'watch out for your bike' in Vietnamese. Hehe. Overall, the staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and I will come back.
