They handled the complaint professionally and showed that they truly care about customers. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how a business responds. They took responsibility and made things right, which I respect. Because of that, I am updating my review and appreciate their effort to improve. _____________________________ Visited this place recently. Drinks were actually good and that’s the main positive point. Unfortunately, the service experience was very disappointing. We ordered two salad bowls and clearly repeated twice that we wanted two portions. However, only one bowl was brought first, so I had to go back to the counter and clarify the order. After that, they brought the second bowl. Then we noticed that both bowls were missing ingredients that were clearly listed in the menu: cherry tomatoes and avocado. I had to go back to the counter again to explain the issue. They added the cherry tomatoes, but avocado was still missing. When we asked once more, staff simply said that avocado was unavailable. So in total, I had to go to the counter three separate times to try to fix problems with one simple order, and in the end the issue was still not fully resolved. If an ingredient is unavailable, customers should be informed before ordering, especially when it is one of the main ingredients shown in the menu description. A professional response would be to warn the customer in advance, offer a replacement, or adjust the price. Positive side: + Drinks were good Negative side: - Order was brought incorrectly at first - Missing ingredients in both bowls - No advance warning that avocado was unavailable - Had to return to the counter three times - Problem still not fully resolved - Service felt disorganized and careless There is potential here, but customer service needs serious improvement. Wonderful place for coffee, breakfast or laptop work. Lush jungle-green suroundings combined with a modern interior. Smoothie bowl, egg sandwich and matcha latte with oatmilk were all delicious!

I had a smoothie bowl which was really tasty only comment was that the smoothie bowl base did not have the consistency you would expect from a smoothie bowl. Lovely shop with great air conditioning!

Love coming to Tropical Coffee. We first came here because we’re staying at the hotel above, and it definitely did not disappoint. After our first visit, we ended up coming back every day. The food is amazing, and everything we tried tasted so good. Our toddler especially loves the banana toast. I’m honestly sad our trip to Vietnam is ending because I wanted to try more of the menu. Hopefully when my wife and I come back, we’ll stay here again or at least visit the cafe. Highly recommend it.

It’s been a little while since my last visit, but I often order their fried chicken (Karaage) via delivery whenever I’m in Da Nang. It tastes exactly like a "popular, high-quality Karaage shop" in Japan—I absolutely love it. The cafe itself is great too; the Wi-Fi is fast, and they even offer "1-Day drink tickets" for those working long hours. When you order tea, it comes in a generous pot, and you can really feel their "please take your time" hospitality. While most cafes in Vietnam have Wi-Fi, this place is especially welcoming for remote work, and the delicious food is a huge plus! ♪

Tropical Coffee is such a nice and relaxing cafe. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it the perfect place to sit and work on my brand without distractions. 🌿💻 The cheesecake and lemon drink were my absolute favorite items on the menu! Soooooooo good! The staff was so sweet & amazing, and the customer service was honestly the best part of the experience. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive. If you’re looking for a calm space with great treats and top-tier service, this spot is definitely worth visiting!

日本人が多く来るようです。訪れた際には日本語学習者の方がいて、一緒に勉強をしました。オーナーさんや働いている方の雰囲気も良く、本当にベトナムで気に入りました。

雰囲気とドリンクはとても良いけど、オーナーらしき人とスタッフ？が大声で話しており不快だった。このカフェは日本人が多くくると思うので、日本語で大声で会話していると丸聞こえです。大事な話をしていたようですが、セキュリティ的に大丈夫ですか。素敵なスタッフが多いだけに残念です。お客さんの気持ちも考えていただきたい。
