Good service for motorbike and they speak good english

Motorcycle "Service"/ Repair Shop. They don't do the work they say they will do. They take your money and wait months for the service, nothing gets done. You get excuses, whinning and crying. They took my motorcycle off-roading, without my permission! It was still muddy after they "washed" it before i picked it up. Work i paid for not done. It was dropped, and with visible crash-bar damage on both sides. Had dropped off bike with FULL tank of gas, got it back with half. BEWARE!!! Go elsewhere. I got SOME of my money back and not the full amount, i am still out 5 million dong/ ($200 US). Experience for next time. Phu! ...don't lie and say it's not true, i have witnesses.

I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. Not only did the repair take **three extra days** to complete, but I was also **overcharged** for subpar work. Worst of all, my bike developed **new issues** that weren’t there before—issues that have cost me even more time and money to fix elsewhere. Before this shop touched my bike, it ran flawlessly for over a year with zero problems. Now, I’m left dealing with the consequences of their **carelessness and lack of skill**. The delays, inflated price, and shoddy workmanship show a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this place unless you want to gamble with your time, money, and vehicle’s reliability. A truly disappointing experience.

I recently took my motorcycle for maintenance and left extremely disappointed. First, the cost of the service was significantly higher than what I’ve paid at other shops for similar work. The pricing felt unjustified, especially given the quality of service. Second, the work itself was subpar. After picking up my motorcycle, I encountered even more issues and had to take it to another mechanic to fix the problems that were supposed to be addressed initially and more. To make matters worse, I spoke with a few other customers who shared similar experiences of being overcharged and receiving poor-quality work. Overall, I paid a premium for poor service and shoddy workmanship. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Had my bike for two years. I supplied parts to be fitted which were never fitted or returned to me. My bike has had endless issues since then. The guy is nice and friendly, but definitely takes on jobs that he is unable to complete. He blamed me for either his or his staffs lack of ability to properly tune a dual carburettor system. Gave him two pistons, con rods, 2 sets of piston rings, new jets for my carbs (very expensive) and a rebuild set of gaskets. Agreed that all parts would be fitted and the engine rebuilt properly. Only fitted one piston, didn’t fit the jets to my carbs, didn’t return them, and returned my bike with several very important bolts missing. Completely missing. My rear brake assembly was not even attached properly after he changed my tyres. If you need an oil change, or some air in your tyres, sure, maybe this guy can do that, but if you need anything mechanical to be repaired, especially on a larger bike, please take my advice and go elsewhere.

They are very experience and helpful with my bike which its battery was replaced with a faulty one by a previous mechanic. They came to my check it first as I couldn't start the bike, find the issue and came back days later to take it to their shop.
