Nang's

A fantastic place! I went here everyday during my stay. Nang speaks very good English and has a great knowledge of the area. She gave us directions and suggestions on the area. She even helped us barter for seafood. The food is so fresh and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the sushi, rice with BBQ pork and fried noodles. Each came with special sauces and loads of veg accompanying it. She gave us tasters of her other food items, so is so friendly and generous. Really enjoyed being here. Her food is the best taste and best price in the area! She said she wants to give the price fairly also to tourists! I felt very comfortable here. She also provides take away.

A hidden, no name, riverfront gem - next to Nina's Eyelash shop. 20,000 to 25,000vnd per meal if eating in or taking away. Very small menu and closes at 10am. I've been eating here for 3 days so far ... I eat breakfast here and take away my lunch. My favourite is the rice with pork steak, pickles, salad and sauce. (I prefer the meat sauce not the fish sauce) Local sushi is 14 pieces with side salad and sauce. If Nang's sister-in-law is there, she can make you a great coffee for 10 to 15,000vnd. So easy as Nang speaks great English. No frills, full flavour - noodles, rice, sushi and coffee!
