I am pleasure checking in yr both hotel and the LA RIVE GAUCHE restaurant of Lobby, every day I am feeling better since I meet the one of yr staff whom is *Nguyễ Thị Cẩm Tú*. She is very active helpful customer for needing, she smiles is very sweet, she is on behalf of yr hotel outstanding service. I suggest the who *Nguyễ Thị Cẩm Tú"* staff is being to a full time job for a changing or serina jobs title.
Super dîner ! C’était très bon. Nhi qui s’est occupé de nous, a été très douce et attentionnée. l’ambiance est tamisé. Je recommande.

周末和家人聚餐，体验超出预期。招牌海鲜炒饭绝对惊艳，米饭干爽入味，虾仁鱿鱼新鲜Q弹，分量足够三人分享；春卷现炸，外皮金黄酥脆，内馅丰富，配生菜和薄荷很解腻。服务员Nhi非常专业，主动为老人推荐少盐菜品，还耐心解释配料成分，细节满分。餐厅氛围轻松雅致，灯光柔和，背景音乐轻柔不扰交谈。免费停车场车位充足，省去街头找位的烦恼。人均消费约35万，性价比不错。唯一小建议是希望能增加更多素食选项。整体非常满意，已推荐给朋友，会长期光顾。
Very nice.
We are traveling in a group of six from Hong Kong. We tried to sit together for breakfast in the morning. The restaurant manager was very accommodating and personable. There was another family from India who was trying to take over our table and the manager was able to move them to a different table. The manager even reserved the same table for us for the rest of our stay.
My great stay in Da Nang!
I had a wonderful lunch (lasting for 3 hours) at Veranda restaurant. Great service. A wide choice of nicely done Vietnamsese cusine! The western menu is equally great! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang. The restaurant is within Grand Mecure hotel in Da Nang where service is so great it will never let you down!
Absolutely amazing food there, especially the seafood fried rice ! A special thanks to Nhi for this service, very professional 😊 See you soon !
Good Dinner
Nice place! Very good service and dinner. Especially Thinh, very helpful. Lastly they gave us a free fruit. My parents enjoyed the dinner very much
Veranda Restaurant
Well, what a wonderful experience. Met by waitresses all smiling friendly and helpful especially Ms Linh Chu who simply went out of her way to show us around the restaurant and inform us about the food. She was outstanding. Ms Tuyền was also wonderful. The food was first class with both local and international cuisine available. Definitely 5 star. Thank you
Great option for guests staying at the Grand Mercure
Good food at a reasonable price with pleasant service. We tried the mixed skewers, Banh Mi and stir fried Chinese beef. All were good including the cocktails. Thao was an excellent server.

Overly priced and very poor quality. The images they have on the menu are not representative of the food. Shame, as it's in an excellent location.
