Trải nghiệm không tốt và có lẽ tôi sẽ không quay lại đây nữa.

This place is wonderful! The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere is great, and everything was perfect. It was an amazing first experience visiting Vietnam. I highly recommend 'Mango Heaven' as a non-alcoholic option. Thank you!

The drinks are a bit overpriced, but it's to be expected of such a touristy place. I only ordered one cocktail and a beer and they were fine. The view is great even if you don't get the front-row seats. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived it started raining, so they immediately gave everyone an umbrella, and after the rain they quickly wiped the chairs and tables. A great place to watch the Dragon Bridge and take some nice pictures!

The view is amazing, especially for watching the Dragon Bridge fire show, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing about this place. We arrived on a Saturday around 7:30 pm, before the 9:00 pm fire show, and the place was almost empty. Only two small tables were occupied. When we arrived, we were asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and we were told we could only sit at the bar/high tables, which don’t even have a proper view of the Dragon Bridge. A few minutes later, after our Cokes arrived, I asked again if we could sit at one of the empty low tables with a better view. This time the staff said yes immediately. So it really felt like the staff had no idea how to manage the place, or they simply didn’t care. The space is also extremely poorly lit. There is almost no lighting at all, to the point where you can’t even read the menu or see what is on your table without using your phone flashlight. That is honestly ridiculous for a rooftop bar/restaurant. The chairs are awful, dirty and very uncomfortable. Everything feels cheap, dirty, and low quality. They dont have food, only poor snacks and drinks are very overpriced for what you get. The service was poor and disorganized, and the place itself feels neglected. Some areas around the rooftop wall have broken tiles, which could easily cut someone. Overall, the place looks dirty, old, and badly maintained. The sad part is that this place has huge potential. With this location and view, it could be something amazing. But it feels like the management either has very poor taste or simply doesn’t care about maintaining the place properly. Great view, but everything else was extremely disappointing. I would only come here for the view, not for the food, drinks, service, or atmosphere.

Das ist sicherlich eine der besten Aussichtspunkte für die Dragonbridge und die Feuershow. Allerdings war es trotz dieser tollen Location irgendwie ein bisschen heruntergewirtschaftet. Für ein paar Drinks und die Aussicht aber total nett. Service sehr nett.

The view of the Dragon Bridge is spectacular, no denying that. But Lagoon Rooftop squanders its prime location with service that feels more like kids running a bar on their dad’s apartment roof than a professional venue. Drinks were slow, staff seemed lost, and the whole operation lacked polish. Once the Dragon Bridge show ended, the place emptied out almost immediately. Meanwhile other venues nearby were still pumping with energy, music, and crowds. Lagoon’s own soundtrack was more like my kids’ iPod shuffle, random, loud, and completely out of place. With so many better rooftop and riverside options around that actually deliver on view and by the looks atmosphere, Lagoon Rooftop is a missed opportunity in one of the city’s best locations.

Via tiktok reviews we opted to see the dragon fire show on lagoon rooftop. We went up by 08pm to ensure to occupy the best spot to capture the view. Truly worth it! Highly recommend this place for the best view!

Really attentive staff and the view was amazing.

Amazing view onto the Dragon Bridge fire show. But the roof was partly broken, which meant most seats were flooded by the rain. The entire time rain was dripping on my legs, which was kind of annoying. And the toilet was both broken and super dirty. But let’s be honest, you go here to see the dragon fire show and for that it’s a good place. You’re expected to buy a drink and they have reasonably priced options, as well as cocktails that are priced appropriately for a high-end rooftop bar, but this place surely is not a high-end rooftop bar. I bought the chocolate cookies for my kids and they were good. I had the vodka tea cocktail and it was tasty, interesting, and surprisingly strong. So I think that was a great choice for shortening the waiting time until the fire show started. The waitress was friendly, spoke good English, and things arrived quickly. So I would actually rate the food and the service both 5 stars. But I feel like I have to deduct one point because the broken roof soaked all of us in the rain. BTW, this place is easy to reach by foot and on motorbike. But if you arrive by car, you will still need to walk through the night market, which blocks the road.

I’m leaving a negative review because of the way customers are treated. I made a reservation almost two weeks in advance, and it was confirmed nearly immediately. However, when I arrived, the place was closed—most likely due to the Lunar New Year. The employee who read my message should have known they would be closed on the date I requested, so why confirm the reservation and ruin my evening?

Good view of the Dragon Bridge. Prompt reply on reservation on the best seats. Good drinks, had long Island tea, was made nicely and wasn't diluted. Only downside is the place is dark at the rooftop. Its giving electricity got cut off situation. The bar snacks isn't great too🥲 Adding fairly lights and fried bar snacks like fries or popcorn chicken would make the experience a whole lot nicer ✨people there was nice tho, everything was great basically except for the atmosphere and food.

Came here for the view of dragon bridge. You’re not front and center, but you can see the whole thing clearly. That’s why it’s a 5/5. Recommendation: go there early and reserve a table for 10 min before the show, then check out the bustling night market down below and 30m away from this place. Had beers there - average market price, nothing special.

We went there after reading on Google that it offers the best view of the dragon bridge. No doubt about the view. However, the staff was untrained and clueless. Things are overpriced and all snacks were out of stock. Apparently you need “reservation” to sit on the best seats. I sensed a little racism when we were told to move citing “these are reserved seats”. The seating was anyway poor with drenching seats. The place was unhygienic in general. Staff was unhelpful or rather rude. Drinks were overpriced. Thankfully we left the place in a few minutes after we realised that we won’t be treated nicely here. We found a better place right next door. You can definitely ignore the reviews on Google for this place as these seem to be fake and avoid this horrendous place. Edit- what service quality are you talking about? Drenching seats? Out of stock snacks? Overpriced drinks? Unhygienic place? Wow!
