Volecissime e sorridenti, le cuoche e gestrici di questo posticino all'interno del mercato di Hoi An ci hanno convinte dal primo approccio. Volevamo provare il Cao Lau autentico e ci piaceva l'idea di farlo al mercato locale. Questo 'banco' era il più frequentato in quel momento, ne abbiamo valutati altri e poi siamo tornati sul retro. Dai 30k ai 50k per un piatto completo, gustoso, nutriente. I noodles danno una grande soddisfazione al palato, la loro consistenza spessa è godereccia e la carne squisita. Abbiamo provato pollo, maiale e mix. Consigliato!

Hidden inside Hoi An’s bustling central market Chợ Hội An, Cao Lầu Bà Bé is a humble stall that captures the essence of what Hoi An street food should be: authentic, affordable, and made with care. Favored by both locals and those lucky enough to be tipped off by them, this spot has become a quiet institution for one of central Vietnam’s signature noodle dishes. Ordering is super easy - Madam Bé provides an English-Vietnamese menu, just point to the item you want. Take a seat on any of the available stainless-steel tables and benches in front of her stall, she brings the food to you, and you pay her after eating! Bà Bé’s Cao Lầu stands out for its fresh, chewy noodles and deeply fragrant broth. Getting the mixed Cao Lầu is the best way to appreciate the texture contrast and all of the ingredients she has to offer, especially delicious when paired with the stall’s house-made chili paste. Bà Bé’s pricing strikes a sweet spot: cheap but not cheap-tasting. For VND50,000, I agree that her mixed Cao Lầu is one of the best-value bowls of Cao Lầu in town, with quality that rivals fancier restaurants at a fraction of the price. Cao lầu ngon, đậm đà. Giá phù hợp với địa điểm du lịch.

Đồ ăn rất ngon , nhưng món ấn tượng nhất là cao lầu thập cẩm, kế bên có quầy nước với món rau má đậu xanh giải khát tuyệt vời.

Đồ ăn ko ngon như review. Làm đi kiếm ăn🤣. Cao lầu ăn mấy tiệm bình thường bên kia cầu cũng rất ok hoặc những quán khu ngoài Hội An là ngon

Excellent Cao Lâu ! Le plat était savoureux, copieux et avec de bons produits ! En plus, le stand est tenu par une femme très sympathique qui n'alpague pas les gens.

Street food stall in an open market. Pork Cao Lau was a delicious noodle dish recommended by our local Grab driver. If you like green onions as much as I do, get the fried spring rolls. Several sprigs of green onions with shrimp deep fried to goodness. Though you’re going to need to just pop the whole thing in our mouth since you can’t bite through the green onions

I had the Cao Lau Thap Cam which is a mix shrimp, chic and pork stew with rice noodles and fried rice crakers. Wonderful flavors and the owner was very nice. I was there at 11 when they opened with no wait.

Really good Cao Lau, noodles were fresh, broth was fragrant. We got chicken and pork, must admit we both leaned towards the pork as favourite. Would recommend!
