Makara Bar theo cảm nhận của mình là một quán rượu mang vibe vừa hoang dã vừa bí ẩn, đúng như cách quán lựa chọn decor và bày trí không gian. Mọi thứ ở đây tạo cảm giác khá cuốn, kiểu bước vào là tách hẳn khỏi nhịp sống bên ngoài, rất hợp cho những buổi tối muốn đổi gió. Giá đồ uống dao động từ 100k trở lên, menu có cả cocktail lẫn mocktail, nên những bạn không uống được cồn vẫn có thể yên tâm ghé trải nghiệm nha. Nhìn chung, đây là một địa điểm đáng thử nếu bạn muốn tìm một quán bar có vibe khác biệt để khám phá 🫰

Quán đẹp, chỉnh chu, các bạn nhân viên hoà đồng và thân thiện. Tên các món đặt theo một câu chuyện riêng của chủ quán và sẽ được tư vấn món phù hợp khi mới lần đầu đến quán. Quán có nhạc hay không gian rất ấm cúng. Có dịp đến Đà Nẵng lần nữa nhất định sẽ quay trở lại quán.
Mình đến quán lúc quán vừa mở cửa nên khá vắng. Và bất ngờ là quán toàn Nữ Batender nên rất đặc biệt. Cocktail sẽ theo kiểu vị trái cây nên sẽ ko nghe nhiều vị rượu lắm. Ngoài ra có nhiều món nước được để trong ly khá đặt biệt nữa.

Mình được bạn bè giới thiệu tới quán và khá hài lòng với trải nghiệm khi ghé Makara. Về vị trí, tiệm nằm trên đường lớn một chiều nhưng sẽ hơi “đánh đố” khách một xíu vì biển hiệu không quá nổi bật. Không gian và vibe rất ổn, độc đáo, có chất riêng. Ghé quán như ghé một bảo tàng tư nhân mini vậy. Về đồ uống thì khá ổn, mới ghé một lần, chưa uống nhiều nên mình sẽ review sau nếu quay lại. Mình khá thích nhân viên ở đây, bạn nào cũng nhiệt tình và dễ thương, nhất là Quân, chăm sóc khách rất kỹ và tận tâm. Nhạc chơi có gu, âm lượng vừa đủ để khách nói chuyện. Tựu chung, mình hài lòng với trải nghiệm này và sẽ ghé tiệm những lần sau nếu có dịp
Quán siêu dễ thương từ nhân viên tới món nước ở đây. Với một nomad như mình thì đây là một trải nghiệm thiệt sự thú vị, quán có chất riêng rất đặc trưng, lâu lâu bạn lại nghe tiếng chuông tỉnh cả rượu 🤣 Giá cả ở đây cũng khá là ổn áp. Cá mình thấy có thể nói đây cũng là một quán đáng để ghé khi tới Đà Nẵng. Quán hơi không dễ tìm lắm khu tụi mình phải vòng lần thứ hai mới thấy. Hình như quán này chuyên về Gin thì phải, nếu như mình nhớ không lầm.
Quá là thích cái vibe của quán này. Nhân viên thân thiện (em Dung cute, vui tính). Không khí lãng mạng rất thích hợp để hẹn hò (hoặc nếu đến một mình cũng rất chill). Đồ uống cũng rất ngon cả mocktail lẫn cocktail, mocktail thì ly lotus in the storm khá ngon còn cocktail thì ly the sea remembers cũng rất oke.
Ông chủ là người nước ngoài sống ở VN, có phong cách Á Âu kết hợp. Các món đồ uống đa số được pha theo phong cách của quán. Nên thử.

Không gian đặc biệt, độc đáo. Quán ấm cúng lắm luôn, tạo cảm giác như thân quen như ở nhà ấy. Nước uống mình uống hôm nay là lotus in the storm, có thành phần là kombucha, rất healthy nha, ngon và dễ uống 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương và nhiệt tình (chị Dung và bạn Quỳnh Anh rất nice 🥰). Mình chắc chắn sẽ ghé lại quán và hi vọng sẽ được nói chuyện cùng 2 anh chị nhân viên còn lại.
Quán bar chill nhẹ nhàng có concept trang trí và vật dụng trong quán theo một chất rất riêng, pha trộn giữa văn hóa Việt, xen lẫn với nét văn hóa Chămpa và hơi hướng retro của phương Tây. Quán có tầng trệt và tầng 2. Thứ 5, thứ 6, thứ 7 và chủ nhật quán mở thêm tầng 2. Các loại thức uống có tên gọi và ly đựng mang một ý nghĩa khác nhau. Nhạc nhẹ nhàng, hơi hướng jazz. Đây là quán bar mình muốn đi lại.
Hiếm có 1 quán Pub nào ở Đà Nẵng có thể mang đến những trải nghiệm đặc sắc tuyệt vời như quán Makara. Ở đây có thể trải nghiệm được tất cả các loại hình thái tạo thành nền văn hóa Chăm-Pa như: kiến trúc, nội thất, tượng trang trí, phù điêu trang trí...Hình thái đại dương và hình thái rừng nhiệt đới đặc trưng của miền Trung Việt Nam cũng là 1 điểm đặc sắc được ghi dấu ấn tại Makara. Ngoài ra 1 chút khám phá về dấu ấn văn hóa Đông Dương mà Hội An là 1 đại diện cũng là 1 trải nghiệm thú vị tại đây. Riêng âm thanh, ánh sáng, đồ uống có cồn, không có cồn và phong cách của đội ngũ phục vụ được đánh giá là điều then chốt làm sống động, thăng hoa dẫn đến 1 trải nghiệm cảm xúc đương đại thú vị!
Không gian được đầu tư tỉ mỉ và rất ấm cúng. Phù hợp để đi date, ngồi uống một mình, hoặc đi với nhóm bạn. Các bạn nhân viên rất nice, sẵn sàng kể những câu chuyện hay ho về quán, về gốc gác của từng món decor hay các đồ uống trong menu. Nhạc khá nhẹ nhàng và hợp vibe chung của quán. Quán có nhiều loại rượu xách tay và khá lạ khác với nhiều quán mình từng đi. Nếu có dịp quay lại Đà Nẵng chắc chắn mình sẽ trở lại đây. 🌌🍸👹

Thật sự mình đến quán lần đầu tiên ý vào dịp sinh Nhật cùng bạn bè . Mình khá ấn tượng sự nhiệt tình của nhân viên , tặng bánh chúc mừng sinh Nhật mình nữa , và chị còn chụp hình cho tụi mình thật xịn , đồ uống mang mỗi câu chuyện khác nhau .

늦게 가니 혼자 앉아서 처음엔 좀 뻘쭘했는데, 바텐더가 딴짓도 하고 영통? 도 해서 좀 부산스러웠다. 근데 이후에 얘기해보니 그냥 밝은 성격의 친구였고, 대화나누다보니 좋은 경험이 됐음. 칵테일 종류는 다양하다. 적당한 맛. 다낭에서 이 정도 칵테일 바면 꽤 좋은 곳이다.
ㅈㄴ 맛있음 만드는 과정도 디테일하고 세심함 추천메뉴 먹었는데 잔이 킹받고 귀여눔.. 다낭에서 이런데가 있을까함 직원들 영어도 잘하고 재밌음 나랑 우리 남편은 영어 못하지만 의사소통 재밌게 가능!!!!! 개추천 꼭 가삼

Vibe is very cool 9/10. Drink presentation is 9/10. Drinks themselves (price 160-250K VND) need more creativity (7/10). I’ve been to a lot of speakeasies worldwide and the drinks here disappoint. Lots to choose from and long descriptions, but if you’re gonna charge that much, they need more exotic ingredients. Won’t be back due to that reason alone.

어제 저녁 오픈 타임 되자 마자 갔음. 초저녁이라 손님 없었음. 가벼운 칵테일 한잔 하고 근처 피비텔 부띠크 호텔이라 숙소 가기 좋았음. 젊은 사람들에게 좋은 bar 일듯 함. 참고로 저는 나이 많은 할머니 손님이었음.

A very cool, atmospheric place for those who want to have a drink. The vibe is great — mostly because of the people, at least that’s how it felt today. Very cozy, with a large variety of different drinks. You can see that the bartenders really try to make something unique for each guest. They even offered something on the house and wished me a Merry Christmas. Really great staff. Excellent design, atmosphere, and a kind of intimate, chamber-like feeling.
Cozy little spot that I’m so glad to have found. The bartenders were super sweet and gave me something yummy and strong for my birthday! I tried 3 of the daiquiris they had (litchi, dragonfruit and longan) and I have to say, the litchi one was my absolute favourite. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much 💙

What a surprise! World class cocktails and a memorable atmosphere. We stumbled onto this bar on a rainy evening and left many, many hours later after a very enjoyable evening. Took the recommendations of the bartender and had eight different cocktails and all were fabulous! Was a zombie (Xombi) next day and needed a refreshing mid afternoon Power Nap! It is both a bar and a small gallery. We really loved the care taken in the decor and display of Indigenous art and the integration of modern craftsmanship. A full sensory experience.

The moment you step inside, you're transported. The vibe is pure tiki escapism—cozy, dimly lit, and incredibly chill. It’s the perfect antidote to the bustling streets of Da Nang. It's not a loud, thumping bar; it's a place where you can actually sit, talk, and savor what you're drinking. Our night was made truly unforgettable by our bartender, M. His passion for his craft is infectious. Not only did he speak perfect English, but he took the time to chat with us, understand what we liked, and guide us through the menu. You can just tell he loves what he does. He even gave us a sneak peek at some of his new experimental cocktails he was working on, which was such a cool and personal touch. Now, let's talk about the drinks. If you do one thing in Da Nang, go to MAKARA and ask for the special Mai Tai. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best cocktails I have ever had in my life. It was a revelation—perfectly balanced, complex, and so, so good. It's no surprise the drinks are on another level when you see their rum selection. They specialize in "Rhum," and it has to be the most extensive collection in the entire city. It's a paradise for any rum enthusiast, but even if you're not, the quality of the ingredients shines through in every single sip. MAKARA isn't just a bar; it's an experience. It’s for people who appreciate high-class cocktails, a relaxed atmosphere, and genuine, personal service. I’m already planning my next visit. Do yourself a favor and find this place. You won't regret it.

A cozy speakeasy with a very pleasant atmosphere, great service and a top-tier music playlist. We tried the house cocktails (the Turtle Tower was a big hit for our group) and even got to hear some of the local folklore. The recommendations were on point and the staff were amazing.

돈은 신경안써서 얼마 나왔는지 모르겠고여.. 분위기 서비스 맛 뭐하나 빠지는데가 없어요ㅠㅠ 친구나 저나 칵테일 진짜 까다롭게 따지는데 가게마다 맛 차이가 천차만별이잖아요 근데 여긴 뭘시켜도 맛있음 다들 잘하심.. 사장님인줄 알았는데 사장님은 또 미국인이시래여 이거 가게 인테리어 하나 잔 하나하나 다 사장님이 공수해가지고 오신거고.. 뭐암튼 영어 못해도 이런 스몰토크도 가능합니다 저희 넘무 재밌고 맛있어서 3박 4일동안 2번옴 ^_^! 술집 여기 근처에 둘러봤는데 그냥 요기가 최고인것 같아요... 고민말고 오시길 !
Amazing spot with an awesome collection of Vietnamese artefacts. They make some really cool cocktails and have really cute cups for each one. They are also happy to make off menu requests, and although they didn't have a coffee machine to make my espresso martini, their coffee liquor substitute was actually pretty good

Enjoyed my time stopping in here with a few friends to catch up. It was empty and quiet when I arrived, which was great for learning more about the drinks from the bartender. The staff is knowledgeable about cocktails and tiki history. Don't be afraid to ask questions 😉 Looking forward to a stopping by again the next time I am in town.
We had a great time having an eclectic and unique set of cocktails at Makara. The atmosphere is an eclectic mix of African inspired decor mixed in with a unique Vietnamese twist. Cocktails are truly unique, with their own stories and outrageous glasses. The bartenders on duty were talented, quick to act and provided phenomenal service. Definitely a must visit while in Da Nang.
Love the setting of the bar. Nice, cosy and really great for a quiet night. The drinks are amazing and the bartenders are well versed and willing to share their knowledge of Hoi An and Da Nang's history. If you are in the area, is worth a visit
The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They explained the stories behind the cocktails, the different themes of each room upstairs and Vietnamese culture. The cocktails were delicious and a good price. We highly recommend. The best bar in Da Nang!!

It’s was an amazing experience for me at this tiki bar. I accidentally found this romantic bar on google maps and as soon as can i reach out to this bar. I really appreciate how friendly the staffs are, they are very hospitable and enthusiasm. Especially, ms. Dung and mr. Son, they are very friendly and welcoming the guests whoever come into the bar. I have tried and i highly recommend whoever come here the mocktails from this bar, for example Lotus in the Storm, Pineapple Express,… or you can try some Cocktails, too. I adore the atmosphere here and it’s worth returning to Makara bar.
The best bar in Da Nang! We always make sure to stop by every time we visit Da Nang. The drinks are unique and excellent. The bartenders know what they’re doing and will help you decide. The place looks amazing, and the music is always a delight (I even made a playlist out of it!). I am in love with this place!

This is such an awesome bar! I visited twice during my 4-night stay in Da Nang - which probably made me look like an alcoholic, but honestly, it was just because this bar was too good 🥹 It’s located in the city centre, offering convenient access, but it still has a chill ambience that’s very different from the nearby noisy pubs. Everything inside is a work of art. The cocktails are so unique and each has its own story. The staff - Anh, Dung, Quan, and Binh - are all so lovely to talk to: fun, easy-going, and very respectful. I felt really safe and comfortable going there by myself, and I’ll definitely return next time I’m around! ☺️
A bar almost hidden among the streets of Da Nang. A great place for a drink with friends or your significant other. The drinks menu is great, the playlist makes the place cozy, and the pork sandwich is a must-try for everyone. The service is excellent and the waiters speak English very well. Here’s a tip from me: ask the waiter to make you a drink, he always gets it right.
Probably one of the best cocktail bars in the whole Da Nang. Cocktails are extremely curated, the barman is very professional. It’s a delight to see how they make your cocktails. The atmosphere is exceptional, with this red tone light feels very vibrant and exciting. The place is a bit hidden, the sign is red and small but don’t be afraid, just enter there and you’ll be greeted by an amazing place. Definitely my favourite spot in Da Nang
每個調酒都有故事；每個無酒精飲料都是酒吧自由設計的特殊品， 目前峴港第一的調酒吧（個人名單），每次來峴港過夜，必來拜訪的好店，而且配餐-小漢堡跟肉丸也非常美味。 用占婆文化為主軸做室內設計，但還是把峴港城市其他細節藏在小地方之中（2樓）~
분위기도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. Makara bar의 스토리가 있는 칵테일들도 좋았습니다. 직원분들과 같이 이야기하면서 즐길 수 있어서 바 테이블에 앉아서 마시는 것도 추천드립니다!
A very nice pub, quiet and suitable for catching up with old friends or chatting with new ones. The service was amazing, nice and kind. The Innocently cocktail (non-alcoholic) was very nice; I loved it. The music was good not too loud or too low.

Quality cocktails at a great price and the bar concept was so neat blending tikki vibes with local Vietnamese culture. 다낭 최고의 칵테일바. 직원 - 영어를 아주 잘함. 친화력도 좋아서 혼자가도 아주 즐거웠음. 계속 이야기 걸어주며 심심하지 않게해줌. 분위기 - bar를 베트남 참파를 모티브로 디자인했다고 함. 술잔이 매우 특이한데, 베트남의 신화와 전설 등에서 모티브를 따와 만들었다고 함. 가격 - 부담없는 가격. 혼자가서 즐기기도 좋음. 다낭여행다니며 다양한 칵테일바에 들렀는데, 여기만큼 좋았던곳이 없음. 이번에 일주일 여행했는데, 그중에 4번을 여기들림. 한국가서도 그리울듯
Makara deserves every 5 star review they have earned. Total gem and original concept in Danang. You can feel the passion in every inch of the establishment from the artwork, lighting, spirit selection, down to the cushions. Every detail was cared for to create a one of a kind experience for cocktail drinkers. There are plenty of cocktail bars in Danang, but Makara stands out as my favorite by a long shot. I highly recommend visiting the next time you crave a great cocktail with an even greater atmosphere. Cheers🍸

If you're interested in learning the story behind each cocktail, I recommend visiting. The bartender, Son, was both friendly and informative, providing me with a wealth of information about Vietnam and its history. I am certain that I will return to Makara in the future.
Nice new 3-months old bar that is Agricole/Rum forward with Tiki/ Donn Beachcomber meets 21st century luxury vibes. Cocktails are made by well trained staffs who pays attention to even bottle labels facing guests as they prepare their drinks gracefully. Cocktails might be a little to sugary due usages of branded syrups, but no fault in that, it is still inline with Tiki. Staffs were kind and attentive, even allowing us try some locally made rice wines that we saw on the back shelves during our visit. They have an 2nd level, although we did not check out, we encourage you to. When staffs are more at home with the space and have more confidence in themselves to initiate conversations and a bit more colours to their menu tying in familiar ingredients of other visiting cultures, i believe Makara would thrive in a tourist centric city such as Da Nang. Thank you for the experience!

I had visited Makara bar for cocktail two days ago. It was an awesome experience. The bartender Son is so friendly to explain every single cocktail on its background, history, idea coming from and he recommend me the drinks which the flavour (sour, ice and not so sweet)I prefer. I had ordered about 10 cocktails, and all the cocktails are so nice and smooth. Highly recommend it and will go again definately.
Nice modern bar newly opened in June, 2023. I stopped by to get a drink before catching my flight. The space is well decorated yet it feels chill and nice. I like how they have many comfy chairs and there is a nice large room(s) in the 2nd floor as well. Nice space and good drinks and staffs were nice as well.
The staff are very welcoming from the moment you walk in. It has the perfect lighting as well. Every drink has a story, in which the staff will explain it to you. Drinks are very good and made very professionally as well too. This is a place to go to if you ever just want to relax. Also the staff made my birthday really special as well. Thank you again.
