Trattoria da Stefano

Ottimo ristorante italiano con cucina tipica romana. La pizza è molto buona sottile tipo romana. Il titolare Stefano è una persona squisita e ti fa sentire come a casa. Ho apprezzato il fatto che ci sono pochi piatti nel menù sinonimo di ingredienti freschi. Se venite a Da Nang e volete mangiare ottima cucina italiana andate da Stefano.

Nhà hàng nhỏ xinh nằm trên con phố nhỏ ở An Thượng 29 , mình và bạn mình vô tình đi ngang qua và ghé vào, chúng mình đã có một bữa tối tuyệt vời tại nhà hàng. Pizza 🍕 và mỳ Ý hoàn hảo. Chủ nhà hàng và nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện, rất đáng để thử.

Stefano è un “padrone di casa” eccezionale. Gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Il cibo? L’Italia in Vietnam. Ho detto tutto. Super consigliato.

5 stelle sono poche a chi in due giorni mi ha fatto tornare a casa con un semplice piatto di pasta. Stefano un ragazzo simpaticissimo, gentile ed umile il suo ristorante è il perfetto e impeccabile ristorante italiano con cibo e ingredienti italiani, il tutto preparato con l’esperienza di lui e di sua moglie. Quindi se proprio volete “cambiare” per un giorno la vostra abituale cena, perché non provare quella della Trattoria da Stefano sicuramente ci ritornerete. Pasta pizza dolci tutto autentico grazie!!!

Abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo: rigatoni all’amatriciana, involtini alla romana e tiramisù, tutto semplicemente ottimo e preparato con grande cura. Ma quello che ci ha colpito, oltre alla qualità dei piatti, è stata l’atmosfera: la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata carinissima, così come Stefano e sua moglie, davvero gentili e accoglienti. Per qualche ora ci siamo sentiti un po’ a casa, dall’altra parte del mondo. 🥰 Stra consigliato a chi passa da Da Nang e ha voglia di mangiare italiano fatto bene, ma soprattutto di trovare un ambiente familiare e persone splendide. Grazie Stefano, torneremo sicuramente! ❤️🇮🇹

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a metà del nostro viaggio in Vietnam...che dire!? Ci ha riportato nel cuore di Roma, a Trastevere, con una carbonara e una matriciana da leccarsi i baffi! Mai avremmo pensato di prendere dei piatti del genere in un posto così lontano dall'Italia ma non ci ha fatto rimpiangere neanche un secondo questa scelta. Veramente squisite e deliziose! Anche la parmigiana assolutamente ottima, anche se non fritta. Ottimo anche il tiramisù e i gelati! Infine, Stefano... grande oste, con i suoi racconti e la sua simpatica ci ha riportati a casa. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Very warm, personal and attentive service from Stefano. It felt like we tike warped into Italy again. The butter sauce with fettucine was so dreamy and luscious. So glad we got to have the classic Trippa alla Romana. The tiramisu had a custardy feel rather than whipped cream and is honestly the best ever. My partner and I are definitely coming back over and over.

The Italian dishes were delicious, and the pizza was incredible, especially the Quattro Formaggi, with its perfect combination of rich, creamy cheeses and a wonderfully crispy crust. Such a great atmosphere, amazing people and truly authentic flavours. Definitely one of our favourite restaurants in Da Nang! We’ll be back for sure!

One word: home. ❤️ At Trattoria Da Stefano, we truly felt at home, even though we were on the other side of the world, in Vietnam. We came in without any particular expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a beautiful platter of Italian cured meats and cheeses, a carbonara, and spaghetti with clams. To finish, a sublime tiramisu. Everything was absolutely excellent! And I can say this as an Italian: we had the best carbonara we’ve ever had abroad. 🇮🇹❤️ But what made the experience even more special was the atmosphere. Valerio and his wife are two incredibly kind, sweet and welcoming people who made us feel at home from the very beginning. We’ve found our little piece of Italy in Vietnam, and we’ll definitely keep coming back during our stay here. As an Italian, I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t regret it! 🇮🇹❤️
