Die Bánh mi sind großartig (haben nochmal eins nachbestellt), der Kaffee sehr lecker und das Personal herzlich. Auch der Laden hat ein gemütliches Ambiente. Wir waren begeistert.

This restaurant is our favourite in Hoi An! The salt coffee is the best coffee we have ever had, we will dream about it when we go home! We also had the Bahn mi and Cao Lau both are 10/10, everything is tasty & fresh. The owners are super kind people too. We will eat here most days of our trip for sure. Definitely check this place out.

This has been the best place my fiance and I have eaten at in Vietnam so far. The food is simply amazing! We have been here everyday since we arrived and are always welcomed with the biggest smile from the owners who are incredibly nice people. Also the salt coffee is insanely good!

We came here through an Airbnb experience and had a fantastic time learning about local Vietnamese food and vegan cooking. The experience included making fresh spring rolls, preparing salt coffee, and trying jackfruit salad and a vegan version of cao lầu, the local noodle dish from Hoi An. The staff were an incredibly friendly couple. Their English was limited, but we had no problems following the instructions. If you’d like to have a deeper conversation about veganism in Vietnam, it might be helpful to use a translator. The spring rolls were made with very fresh, natural-tasting ingredients, all perfectly portioned. Rolling them was fun and relaxing, and the staff were patient and helpful in showing us the technique. They tasted excellent, especially with the peanut sauce and chillies. Making the salt coffee was another highlight. The process involved several stages of filtering and mixing, and it felt almost like a science experiment. The coffee was very good, although the staff’s version was even better—they clearly have the recipe perfected! The jackfruit salad was light and refreshing, served with crisp, salty papad crackers. The combination worked really well. We finished with the vegan cao lầu noodles, which were satisfying and filling. I especially enjoyed adding the fresh basil, mint, and lime to the dish. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a lovely open-air seating area. The whole experience felt authentic and relaxed, and the staff were genuinely lovely. We paid around $18 through Airbnb, which I thought was excellent value. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable and enjoyable vegan food experience in Hoi An. They also sell vegan groceries, which is a nice bonus if you want to stock up after your meal!

An absolute 10/10 dining experience! This extremely clean restaurant is run by a lovely Hoi An family who welcomes you with warm smiles and genuine courtesy. The menu is extensive and features very fair, local prices. What you see on the menu is exactly what you get, no AI or graphic modifications. Every dish clearly states its ingredients and is served exactly as described. The food is prepared immaculately, evoking all the senses. You can truly taste the positive energy, care, and love put into these delicious homemade meals. Everything was perfectly seasoned, balanced, and never oily or oversalted. We ordered: * Fried Udon Noodles: Cooked to absolute perfection. The sauce was the perfect amount, generous enough to make the entire dish flavorful, and accompanied by perfectly prepared boiled carrots, broccoli, bok choy, soya beancurd, and mushrooms. * Green Curry: A perfected, mild coconut gravy loaded with healthy sweet potatoes, chickpeas, taro, carrots, potatoes, and lion's mane mushrooms. It was served with oven-crispy banh mi and tasted amazingly healthy. * Sushi Rolls: Made with incredible care. The unique crunch of the outer layer paired beautifully with shiitake, carrot, and seaweed. Skipping the usual wasabi and soy sauce, it was served with a unique, signature homemade family sauce that worked magnificently. As a wonderful bonus, they serve healthy Kangen water. This was a truly delightful, unforgettable culinary experience from start to finish! A highly recommended culinary experience for the family. I dare say, it isn't easy for me to dish out complimentaries but this family restaurant really earned this one. They've set the bar high for One Vietnam to follow.

Chay An Nhien is a fantastic vegan restaurant in Hoi An with great service, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. The road outside can be a little noisy, but the food is absolutely worth it. We ordered the cơm lầu and stir-fried noodles, and both dishes were amazing. The flavours were excellent, portions were great, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. The absolute showstopper, though, was the salt coffee. We had never tried anything like it before and it was genuinely mind-blowing. It was such a unique and delicious drink that we’re already planning to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for incredible vegan food in Hoi An!

Comida absolutamente deliciosa!!! La cocinera es maravillosa, hace unos platos que no pueden estar más ricos😊 Encima el sitio es muy mono y la atención es inmejorable. Los precios son buy buenos, y tienes mucha variedad de platos y bebidas. No puedo pedir más, solo volver todas las veces que pueda a disfrutar de un sitio tan maravilloso.

I'm writing this review whilst having our second salt coffee in three hours. Words cant describe how incredible the salf coffees are, you must try, also their menu is incredible, the bahn mi was amazing. Bahn mi + salt coffee 55,000 Absolute madness price. Please come and supose this lovely family, and the amazing vegan drinks & food they serve.

DONT SIT ON THIS PLACE - you HAVE to go there 😍😍😍 The best salt coffee I’ve ever ever had and amazing that it’s all completely plant based Fabulous bahn mi & salt coffee deal for 50k Menu looked amazing but unfortunately couldn’t fit anything else in - however I am sure we will be back 🌱🙌🏽

Some of the best vegan or chay food I’ve had in Vietnam. It’s such a lovely spot, slightly hidden away off the main stretch - glad to have found it. The husband and wife who run it together are so kind and clearly passionate about vegan food and eating ‘well’ and ‘healthily’ - there are homemade herbal drinks, kombucha and their own bottled water. The menu features seasonal salads, rolls and rice plates, as well as a number of local speciality noodle, soup and broth dishes, a curry with bread, some imaginative ideas like deep fried sushi and a great selection of freshly squeezed juices and Vietnamese coffees. I’ve enjoyed everything I have eaten there so far - a mushroom ‘sausage’ banh mi, cau lau (deeply satisfying noodle dish also with vegan mushroom sausage), spring rolls (fresh and fried only very lightly), and a lovely light broth with noodles, greens, mushrooms and goji berries. I’m also addicted to their vegan salt coffee! Will be visiting a few more times before the end of my trip. Delicious. Edited to add a few more dishes I tried (my favourites were the fresh jackfruit salad with lots of herbs and crispy flatbread and a fragrant green curry) - I didn’t get chance to try the cooking courses they run, sadly, but hope to if I return.

I love this little vegan place, more local style food but still kinda catering for western taste too. I see both locals and tourists here. Great price and very kind owners. I enjoyed their kombochas. The mushroom salad is delicious and the banh mi was good.

Absolutely delicious vegan food at much better prices than at the beach. Trang and Trung are so friendly and have a really nice menu. Literally everything we had was delicious, though the sushi maki was tasty and original, the lions mane filling and healthy, the Bun was also delicious. We will return and definitely recommend it 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The best vegetarian restaurant I’ve ever visited! Delicious food, fresh ingredients, and a very warm atmosphere. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home. Highly recommended!
