Vào gọi suất cơm rang dưa bò, 30 phút mới có đồ ăn trong khi quán chỉ có 2-3 khách, nhân viên thì hời hợt hỏi không thèm trả lời, đĩa cơm rang thì được mấy mẩu thịt bò vụn

Nous sommes arrivés, on a nous pas calculé. Une fille nous a déposé les cartes au bout d’un moment en les jetant presque sur la table. Nous avions commandé un plat et on nous a apporté autres choses sans nous prévenir. On les a avertit et ils nous ont dit qu’il n’y avait plus ce que l’on voulait. Le personnel est extrêmement désagréable. En partant, un jeune homme nous a encaissé et nous a pas regardé dans les yeux, il est partit sans dire au revoir. Je ne recommande pas. La cuisine n’est pas sensationnelle.

Quán nêm nếm theo vị Hà Nội. Vị ăn tạm, ăn cứu đói. Mấy bạn nhân viên chưa được dễ thương cho lắm. The food is seasoned in the Hanoi style. The taste is just okay—fine if you're really hungry, but nothing special. The staff aren't exactly friendly.

Phở rất ngon, giá cả phải chăng, bún chả với cảm nhận của mình, thịt nướng thơm, nhưng nước mắm hơi ngọt

Thề ko hiểu sao đặt từ bún chả Hà Nội được luôn . Chưa ăn quán bún chả nào chán như quán này , ko có tỏi, thịt ướp siêu chán , bún thì chua !!!

“AS A CHEF…” — A Major Disappointment “AS A CHEF”, this place made it very clear to me that they are in it strictly for the money. The quality, flavor, and overall care that goes into the food seem to be secondary. Worst of all, the restaurant was packed with tourists. Honestly, that should’ve been my first sign to keep walking, but I chose not to listen—and I paid for it royally. I can understand a restaurant having a bad day. It happens. But based on my experience, this place seems to be having many bad days. From the moment I walked in, the service was disappointing. The waiters/bussers seemed bothered by our presence—or maybe they simply didn’t want to work. I don’t know which one it was, but either way, it negatively affected the entire experience. I literally stood there for the first 5–7 minutes while two employees sat around on their phones and completely ignored me. That is not how you make a customer feel welcome. I originally came because I wanted cơm tấm, only to find out they don’t even serve it. They’re apparently known for their hot stone soup pots, so maybe that’s the better option here. I honestly can’t say because I didn’t try it. ANYWHO… I decided to order fried rice instead, only to be told they were out. WHO TF IN VIETNAM IS OUT OF COOKED RICE?! 😂 Make some more! DUH! Against my better judgment, I decided to order beef pho. Wrong answer. I definitely failed that test. I did not travel all the way to the other side of the world to eat something I could get WAAAAAYYYY better in the United States. And if you’re going to serve raw beef in pho, shouldn’t the broth be steaming hot enough to actually cook the meat? Mine came out lukewarm—so lukewarm that the beef didn’t even cook completely. As someone who cooks professionally, I found that unacceptable. This was honestly the only truly horrible dish I’ve experienced during my time in Vietnam, which makes the experience stand out even more. At that point, I seriously considered asking for my money back. But judging by the service I had already received, I honestly didn’t feel like they cared whether I was happy with my experience or not. And then came the final interaction. When the guy gave me my total, I simply asked to see the menu so I could verify the pricing. Instead of calmly bringing me the menu or simply providing a receipt, he snapped at me. I had to tell his little short butt to calm down. 😂 Why not just bring me a receipt in the first place? Overall, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. Maybe the hot stone soup pots are amazing. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. But based on the food, service, attitude, and overall experience, I have absolutely no desire to find out. Please listen when I say this: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There are far too many incredible places to eat in Vietnam to waste your money on an experience like this.

The young guys working here are very nonchalant and constantly glued to their phones. I stood there for 5 minutes and they didn’t even look at me once. Even when cleaning the tables, they stay on their phones and casually throw food scraps on the floor while customers are sitting right next to them. Honestly, it’s dirty and gives a very bad impression. I really hope this isn’t a family business, because with an attitude like this, they’re hurting the business.

Mình để quên đồ quay lại lấy thì nhân viên dọn bàn đã ăn bớt thức ăn mình mua để quên. May đây mới chỉ đồ ăn chứ lỡ bỏ quên túi xách hay gì chắc quay lại nhân viên chắc nói không biết luôn quá😭, nhân viên thì dùng tay không bỏ thịt vào khay. Đến lần 1 không quay lại lần 2

Well it seems I am the first to review the brand new premises. Situated across the road from the park. I ordered the goat Pho stone bowl and fried crab spring rolls. Both were really delicious. The goat meat was so tender after a few minutes in the hot broth. Served with the usual herbs, salad, chillis and lime. The waiter cracked an egg into the simmering broth when it arrived at the table steaming hot. My large pineapple juice was so refreshing and exactly the right amount of sweet and sour. The newly renovated restaurant is attractively decorated and has indoor and outdoor seating with cooling fans. I really enjoyed my meal and within 20 minutes of my early arrival the place was already half full inside and out. The staff were polite and friendly. I paid 180,000 dong for my meal. Very enjoyable.
