Cà phê Hoa Lúa has a beautiful space, an open view, good drinks, and is suitable for people who enjoy quiet or families with small children. However, many customers complain about being subtly asked to leave by staff, preferential treatment for Western customers, and discrimination against Vietnamese customers.

The place is beautiful and the drinks are excellent; I will be back.
I came here with my family simply to enjoy some coffee and spend some time together. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed when a group of foreign tourists wanted a table with a better view. Instead of treating all customers equally, the staff started rearranging and removing tables around us, in what felt like a very obvious attempt to make us leave and give the better spot to the foreign guests. This was not only extremely unprofessional, but also deeply disrespectful and lacking basic human consideration. We were paying customers too. Being treated as if our presence was less important simply because another group wanted the view is unacceptable. There are many cafés with beautiful views, but good service and basic respect should come first. Sadly, this place made my family feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this café to anyone who expects fair and respectful treatment.
Đang uống cafe ngồi chưa ấm chỗ đã bị quán dọn bàn đuổi khéo để lấy chỗ cho khách Tây, không xem khách Việt ra gì, ghé 1 lần chứ không có lần sau. Mọi người cân nhắc trước khi đến.

Đồ uống thì tùy món, nhưng view và không gian thì đỉnh ạ, đỡ bon chen ồn ào như mấy quán phổ biến
