카페 호아 루아는 아름다운 공간과 탁 트인 뷰, 맛있는 음료를 갖추고 있어 조용한 분위기를 좋아하는 사람이나 어린 자녀가 있는 가족에게 적합합니다. 그러나 많은 손님이 직원에게 은근히 내쫓기듯 대접받았다는 점, 서양인 손님을 우대하고 베트남 손님을 차별한다는 점을 불평했습니다.

The place is beautiful and the drinks are excellent; I will be back.
Đang uống cafe ngồi chưa ấm chỗ đã bị quán dọn bàn đuổi khéo để lấy chỗ cho khách Tây, không xem khách Việt ra gì, ghé 1 lần chứ không có lần sau. Mọi người cân nhắc trước khi đến.
Thích hợp cho sự yên tĩnh và vui chơi của trẻ em
I came here with my family simply to enjoy some coffee and spend some time together. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed when a group of foreign tourists wanted a table with a better view. Instead of treating all customers equally, the staff started rearranging and removing tables around us, in what felt like a very obvious attempt to make us leave and give the better spot to the foreign guests. This was not only extremely unprofessional, but also deeply disrespectful and lacking basic human consideration. We were paying customers too. Being treated as if our presence was less important simply because another group wanted the view is unacceptable. There are many cafés with beautiful views, but good service and basic respect should come first. Sadly, this place made my family feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this café to anyone who expects fair and respectful treatment.
