The security guard's attitude is very disrespectful. People come to drink water and study, but this guy acts with an attitude toward customers, just pointing and giving orders loudly at them, what's that about? Please review this, shop. I've come three times and encountered the same awful security guard, openly being unpleasant to customers. Customers come and lie on the bed, then he points at them—what's that about? It's truly disrespectful. I came to study and saw other customers leaving late. When they went to get their bikes while this guy was locking the bike chains, he used extremely rude language. I hope the shop will review this and not let customers be disappointed anymore.

At noon, I encountered a group playing cards, shouting and laughing louder than a chaotic market, and the staff didn't say anything. I happened to come to this shop for a few days and witnessed 2-3 times such gatherings of card playing and shouting without any measures or reminders from the shop; it really affects many people in the shop.

The other eatery is spacious and has several cleaning ladies who clean regularly. But the broth is sometimes very delicious but sometimes bad.

I asked the restaurant why they need to take a photo of my ID card for an overnight stay, but the staff just chewed noisily without giving any reason. When I asked again, they said 'no'? They held up the card and snapped a photo, then said they didn't take it. After arguing for a while, I got annoyed and left. I've been a customer of this eatery since last July, but this is the first time my experience has been this terrible. It's the same order—instant noodles with egg—but it gave me two completely different experiences. The first time I ordered, I asked the staff if I could choose dry noodles. The staff said, 'I've never done this before, sis,' so I told them to cook the noodles, drain the water, and mix in the seasoning. They replied, 'I'm not sure it'll taste good,' but I was still happy because it was my request (the result was very satisfying). The next time, two days later, I came back and ordered instant noodles with egg again. This time, a different staff member took my order. As soon as I said I wanted dry noodles and asked if they could help, the staff said they didn't know how. I said they could cook the noodles and drain the water, because the previous staff had done it for me, but this staff member snapped back, 'That staff did it, but I won't.' Is it that hard for you to pour water into a pack of Hao Hao noodles and drain it for a customer? If the eatery says I'm being unreasonable, I'm fine with that, because to me, a pack of Hao Hao noodles is not that hard to prepare. Not to mention that snapping at and jumping down a customer's throat is unacceptable in service. Does the eatery train its staff properly before hiring them? I don't know if this review will reach management, and if it does, whether they'll fix it, but as someone who has visited many times and even recommended friends, I will never come back.

Experience once, never dare to have a second time

Initially, I bought food and drinks at the counter, but at lunchtime I ordered food and drinks to bring in. Since it was my first time bringing outside food in, I didn't know there would be an additional surcharge, so the staff called me back to pay the extra fee for outside food, but the staff's attitude was somewhat unpleasant towards the customer😃. The Wi-Fi was unstable, so I had to use 4G all the time. The drinks are getting worse and worse.
