Quán ở trong ngõ không có biển hiệu, muốn ăn phải gọi trước 1 hôm😅. Nhà mình hên hôm nay đến bất ngờ vẫn được ăn hihi vì anh chủ giải thích quán nhà anh nấu nước canh theo định lượng bát nên không pha thêm nước ảnh hưởng chất lượng canh, rất uy tín👍🏻. Nước canh và cá tươi ngon, sợi bánh làm tươi nhưng cá nhân mình thích sợi mềm hơn hoặc kiểu sợi bột lọc 😅.

Cá bã trầu rất ngon, chả bò cũng ngon, còn có vài con nghêu nhỏ nữa, nhưng sợi bánh canh cho cảm giác chưa chín hết, giá như sắt nhỏ bằng 2/3 thì sẽ rất ngon !
Quán bánh canh siu địa phương. Mình phải đi tới lần thứ 3 mới ăn dc. Lần 1 ghé trúng ngày rằm quán ko bán. Lần 2 canh ngày xong đi chuyến bay sớm nhất bay ra Đn, vừa xuống sân bay là chạy qua liền khoản 7h15. Vô quán thì dc báo là hết roài chỉ còn cho các phần đã đặt trước. Okla chú kiêu chiều tối alo đặt. Hỏi mấy cô chú ăn ở đó mới biết là alo trước 1 ngày mới có bánh canh ăn. Roài là qua lần thứ 3 mình mới có ăn. Nếu bạn nào mún ăn thì PHẢI ĐẶT TRƯỚC 1 NGÀY, VÀ QUÁN KO BÁN NGÀY 1+15AL. Nên đi sơm nếu ko phải chờ mới có bàn ngồi. Bánh canh ở đây tự làm hết nên vị okla. Cá rất tươi. Phần 30k như hình và có 1 cây chả bò nửa. Cá ở đây tươi ngon dc rút xương rồi. Bột bánh canh dai ngon nha. Nên thử.

The noodle soup is quite delicious, with lots of fish and also tasty fish cake. Some people order a double bowl, which is very, very large 🤣. It's located in a small alley, and walking in is quite winding.
A true hidden gem in Đà Nẵng. It’s tucked deep inside an alley, and you probably wouldn’t find it unless someone told you but it’s absolutely worth the effort. The broth is made from fresh fish and has a rich, clean flavor that really stands out. The noodles are handmade, soft and slightly chewy, similar to udon. You can tell everything is made with care. The special bowl (50k) is highly recommended, it comes with fish eggs and chả bò, and you can also add clams for extra flavor. Portions are very reasonable for the price. They open early at 6AM, but it sells out very quickly, often by around 7AM, so it’s best to come as early as possible. If you want an authentic local breakfast and one of the best bánh canh in Đà Nẵng, this place is a must-try.

For me, this is one of the best banh canh (Vietnamese thick noodle soup) eateries in Da Nang I have ever eaten! • Quality 10/10: The most impressive thing is the noodles are completely handmade, chewy and deliciously different. The fish is extremely fresh, naturally sweet, and not fishy at all. • Professional preparation: Although it is a rustic eatery, the kitchen is very clean. The manual wood-fired cooking process gives the flavor a rich, distinctive character. • Dedicated service: The eatery is small and always crowded, but the service attitude is absolutely wonderful. The enthusiasm and clever space arrangement make diners always feel comfortable. • Note: The eatery is located in an alley, a bit hard to find, but the flavor experience is totally worth the effort of searching. A quality, clean, and dedicated food address. I will definitely come back here many times!

Very delicious, fresh fish, the banh canh is extremely sweet, fragrant from the seven-gilled eel. The eatery opens until around 8 AM and then it's sold out. When you come to eat, go into the kitchen to order.
