Ba Dieus Hue Beef Noodle Shop is famous for its bowl of Hue beef noodle soup with a rich broth, fragrant lemongrass, and a mild spicy kick true to tradition. The shop was just recognized by Michelin in 2024, attracting both locals and foreign tourists. However, meat quality is sometimes inconsistent and the shop is often crowded in the afternoon.
- •Rich broth, fragrant lemongrass authentic Hue flavor
- •Quality meat and sausage, generous bowl
- •Recognized by Michelin in 2024

- •Pricey compared to casual shops

Can not leave Danang without an authentic bowl of Bun Bo of Ba Dieu. Hits the spot when ordering the OG Bun Bo Cha with a side bowl of gio mong Bo. Don't forget to add plenty of the pickled shallots and peppers for a good kick. Do order a side of bread to dip in the broth to fill up your tummy.

The beef noodle shop is so delicious that there's no dipping sauce left. However, because there are no raw vegetables to eat with, I give 4.9 stars; if there were additional vegetables to eat with, it would be even better.
Long-standing eatery, open in the afternoon, delicious vermicelli, clean, carefully prepared (lacking vegetables, a bit slow despite many staff).
Expensive as hell, taste is just average. One bowl of vermicelli has 1 piece of lean meat, 1 meatball, 4 pieces of beef + 1 bowl of vermicelli without meat costs 90k.
The restaurant does not update the exact time on Google Maps. It's a waste to travel far and not be able to eat. Everyone, check the notice in the image to arrange a reasonable schedule.
The food is hard, the water is bland, the cashier is a jerk, not worth the price. At the end of the session, there were only 4-5 bowls left, but they added water to make it a dozen bowls. The food smells terribly of seasoning powder.
Sell at what time, clearly note for customers to know. Whenever I come by, I see the door closed.
Rich broth, fragrant with lemongrass, mildly spicy in the Hue style. Generous bowl, quality meat and sausage. Price slightly above average, the eatery is often crowded in the afternoon. Overall: worth trying.

Went to eat at 9 AM on Sunday, the eatery was empty with no customers, the special bowl for 50k had meat that smelled like the fridge. The bowl had little meat, the pork knuckle was a whole lump of fat and tendon, inedible.
Bún Bà Diệu eatery on Trần Tống Street is a small local restaurant known for its authentic Northern Vietnamese dishes. The food is simple, hearty, and very home-style. Bún (traditional Vietnamese noodle soup) is a filling and warming dish with well-balanced seasonings and fresh ingredients. Portions are generous, and the flavors feel traditional rather than overly adapted for tourists. The establishment is modest and usually crowded during peak hours, but fast service ensures quick turnaround. Overall, it's a great place if you want to try real local food in a casual and honest setting.

An kèm banh mi rất ngon! Yummy
Local restaurant, although with prices adjusted to its "Michelin" status. 50,000 dong per dish. Very good bowl, not as spicy as some we tried in Hue. I think it might be dispensable if besides Da Nang you also visit Hue, where eating a bowl of Bun Bo is a must. The most remarkable thing is how they serve the order in less than 1 minute after it was placed.
Delicious noodles, rich Da Nang flavor
First time eating such a bad bowl of vermicelli. The blood pudding is full of holes and not soft, the brisket is bland. Not worth the price at all. So bad that I left half the bowl uneaten🥹🥹.
Delicious beef noodle soup, the beef is tender and very satisfying. The only thing is the price is a bit high.
I saw 5-star reviews and stopped by to try it. The reality is not as reviewed online. I haven't mentioned the price yet, but the bowl of vermicelli was too bad and there were no vegetables on the side. I rarely rate anyone, but today I'm rating it here for everyone to know.
Beef noodle soup with a mild sweet flavor, thin rice vermicelli. The taste differs from beef noodle soup in the South. The chili satay is spicy and pungent. Stimulates the taste buds. You can order extra bread for dipping. ...
The food is okay, not as delicious or outstanding as rumored. When I went to eat, I ordered an extra small bowl of vermicelli, but the owner seemed a bit stingy—only put a few strands of vermicelli in the bowl, almost took it back, and even frowned. The bill took a long time to calculate, and it was wrong, then they asked for more money because they had miscalculated earlier. Meanwhile, I sat there for 10 minutes just waiting for the bill, and they still got it wrong back and forth.
It seems like a Vietnamese traditional food, a local restaurant. I ate a dish made from pig? cow? leg shank for 50,000 VND, and I decided to come again tomorrow. It's a clean local restaurant.
