Before, when the owner's shop only had 2 locations, I supported the drinks at a fairly acceptable level, drinkable for the price, but this is the first time I drink at this location and I had a bad experience. When I arrived to order 2 large matcha lattes, 1 with less sweetness and 1 normal, I asked for the wifi to transfer money, but the wifi note was very small and stuck on the menu. When I asked the staff the first time, she just pointed at it, but I didn't notice because I was focused on my phone. The second time I asked, she tapped very hard on that spot, and I looked again and saw it. When I arrived, there were only the two of us, but the drinks took quite a long time. I know it's because the noon was quite hot, which made emotions unstable, but when providing service like this, I cannot accept it. The drinks now are also no longer good.

I asked why they didn't post it for everyone to know, and the shop said they posted on Facebook and put up a sign ending the program. But when I arrived, I didn't see any sign. I also let it go because I thought I didn't read the TikTok video carefully. The shop posted it, but when I checked Facebook, I saw it was posted around noon on 12.3. I was quite annoyed because the shop didn't clearly state the time from the beginning; the posts never had a fixed time for the program. From the start, when posting the program, they should have clearly stated the end time. I only saw the shop state the applicable period from 11.3 to 12.3, not the specific time. I hope the shop learns from this for future promotions, because we supported the shop's program and bought 4 or 5 drinks but couldn't apply it. We feel like we were being taken advantage of =))
