Everyone is right. This place hits the spot! The yogurt kumquat drink is a perfect pair as some might find the spices a bit too much to handle. Although any cold drink will do ❤️ but you shouldn’t pass up this place! Quick service and they get straight to the point with their limited menu. Quán siêu đông, khách Tây - Ta ra vào nườm nượp, xếp hàng đợi dài dài. Hương vị thì mình không rõ có đúng gốc Hội An không, cơ mà ăn rất được. Sợi cao lầu được tuốt thành tựng sợi/đoạn dài, ngắn khác nhau. Nhưng điểm chung là chúng không nối nhau dài như sợi bún, mì, phở thường thấy. Ăn vào thấy mềm mướt, dai dai, rất quyến rũ. Trộn đều với rau xanh, giá, thịt xíu, ăn rất đưa miệng. Nước cốt từ thịt xíu, có hơi mùi ngũ vị hương quen thuộc thấm đều từng sợi cao lầu, thớ thịt ăn "đưa mồm" khó tả. Món này có bánh chiên giòn làm từ bột mì (cao lầu) ăn kèm làm tô này hấp dẫn, trọn vẹn cả kết cấu, giòn, dai, mượt mà. - Giải khát có các loại nước và sữa chua. Mình gọi một sữa chua đá tắc. Uống giải khát thấy cũng được, tắc này hình như là cốt tắc họ ngâm thành mứt. Dân Sài Gòn đi chắc thấy vị nó tương đồng với món nước dừa tắc nổi tiếng trên đường Pasteur. - Menu ở hình cuối, mình gọi tô đặc biệt 55k, khẩu phần nhiều hơn tô thường thôi chứ không có gì khác. Mình nghĩ nên đặt là tô "lớn/nhỏ" cũng được. Sữa chua đá tắc 15k. Nói chung giá cũng ổn. - Không gian nhỏ, tầm chưa tới 8 bàn. Hôm nay mình đi thấy nhiều khách lẻ (như mình) chủ yếu là ngồi ghép. -> Chốt lại là thấy vị đậm đà, có sự truyền thống trong mùi hương, phù hợp với giá tiền. Ai ăn thử rồi cho mình ý kiến xem vị quán này phải vị "chuẩn" của Hội An không nha... *Quán không nhận chuyển khoản.

Cao lầu Thành có sợi cao lầu dai ngon, thịt xá xíu đậm vị, rau tươi và nước trộn vừa miệng. Phần ăn đầy đặn, hương vị chuẩn Hội An, giá cả hợp lý. Quán sạch sẽ, phục vụ nhanh và thân thiện. Rất đáng ghé thử nếu đến Hội An!

Quán nhỏ, nhưng rất đông khách. Phải sếp hàng đợi có bàn. Đồ ăn thì ok, phù hợp phượt bụi😁, tiêu chí ngon bổ rẻ🤭, ai có tiêu chuẩn cao thì không nên thử🤣

Mình nghe mn review về quán này khá nhiều, nên ghé qua ăn, mình đi tầm giờ trưa đến nơi thì khách du lịch rất đông, nhưng chị chủ vẫn khá nhiệt tình kê bàn cho mình ngồi trong nhà. Về cao lầu thì mình thấy bình thường, k có gì đặc sắc so với các quán mình đã từng ăn trước đây, nhưng mà được cái có cái sữa chua cũm bắt miệng bù lại ah.

Quán cao lầu nằm trong phố cổ. Đây là lần thứ 2 quay lại sau gần 10 năm. Hương vị vẫn nguyên như vậy. Sợi cao lầu ăn có vẻ giống sợi mỳ Udon. Thịt quay & topic rất hợp vị. Quán rất nhỏ, bán ngoài sân trên những chiếc bàn tròn nhưng rất đông khách, cả khách du lịch & dân địa phương. Chủ quán rất nhiệt tình, vì đông khách nên vào ngày lễ tết, khách hàng phải đợi hơi lâu 1 chút. Quán chấp nhận cả tiền mặt & QR code chuyển khoản, nhưng chị chủ thích tiền mặt hơn. Ngoài các món ăn quán có phục vụ sữa ngô & nước đậu. Bên ngoài có trà đậu rang miễn phí. Một địa chỉ đáng để thử món cao lầu.

I came at noon so the eatery was very crowded. The cao lầu dish, if you don't know how to eat it, you won't find anything special, just like Japanese udon noodles with shredded pork, but if you know how to eat it, you'll find it very addictive. One bowl is 30k, special is 50k. A suggestion is that the eatery should renovate the restroom and surrounding area to be cleaner.

Every time I go to Hoi An, I come to Thanh eatery to eat a small bowl of Cao Lau, not a large bowl, because it's just enough to leave room for other dishes. Over the years, the eatery has remained unchanged, and I feel that it has become more and more neat and clean to match the distinctive dish that only exists in Hoi An.

The cao lầu eatery is located outside Hoi An's old town, with parking for motorbikes. Prices range from 35-50k for a regular bowl and a special bowl. Should try when visiting Hoi An.

Delicious. I ordered a 35k bowl and a 50k bowl (more food), just enough to be full. The tea was good, and the owner was also friendly.

The space is also spacious. Service is fast. The owner is so lovely. The Cao Lau is served warm, tasty and just right. A regular bowl is 35k, not too filling. Leave room for other dishes.

Today, our group went to Hoi An and wandered around looking for a cao lau eatery. I saw this place had high ratings, so our group decided to try it. The space is quite spacious and crowded, but the owner was still enthusiastic in finding a spot for us. As for the food, I found it delicious and flavorful. At 35k in Hoi An, I think the prices are similar everywhere, but the customer service attitude here is super attentive and friendly, hehe. Everyone should come here and give it a try, hihi❤️🥰

I find it expensive. 50k only gets about 5 or 6 pieces of char siu. Too expensive, for that price you can eat a bowl of Hue beef noodle soup which is tastier and cheaper. Cao Lau in Hoi An is even more expensive than in Da Nang.

Local eatery, casual but clean space. The owner is friendly, good at foreign languages, and makes delicious food. You must try the Cao Lau because it's very tasty. The Cao Lau noodles are particularly chewy. It comes with crispy pork skin that is very delicious. The place attracts both locals and tourists.

Order a 50k bowl, looks small but surprisingly filling. The char siu pork and fried dough pieces with the soup are incredibly delicious.

The eatery is a bit small. The food is okay. But because it's too crowded, the owner probably can't take care of all customers. Overall, it's edible. If you have children with you, you should time your meal to get better service. And also have more space and comfort.
