Полностью поддерживаю все положительные оценки о данном месте. Высочайшего уровень ресторан для Дананга. Мы были в многих местах, но этот запомнился надолго, подход на высшем уровне. Заранее предупредил что хотим отпраздновать у них день руки и сердца, нам дали столик более уединенный, дали продегустировать несколько вин, еда была вкусной, а в конце еще сфоткали нас на Polaroid и дали в конце открытку поздравлениями. Повторюсь, мы были в очень большом количестве ресторанов Дананга и не только, но с таким подходом первый раз столкнулись, огромное спасибо этому месту, обязательно вернемся к вам еще!

Tremendous food, great vibe, the wine pairing is exceptional and actually compliments the food very well. Staffs are all nice and professional. Highly recommended for fine dining experience in Da Nang.

Menu: 4.5/5 Wine pairing: 3.5/5 Wonderful creation of sauces that goes well with the dishes. Catch of the day not as great as the others. Wagyu could be more tender and my girlfriend's has a bit chewy part. Wine pairing is ok, 1.65M for 6 wines.

Si Dining — một bữa tối đúng nghĩa của Fine Dining. ✨ Tối qua mình có một trải nghiệm thật sự rất đẹp tại Si Dining. Từ không gian, cách phục vụ cho đến từng món ăn, mọi thứ đều được chăm chút rất kỹ và đầy sự tinh tế. Điều mình trân trọng nhất là cảm nhận được tâm huyết của người đứng sau những món ăn. Một bữa tối không chỉ ngon mà còn là một trải nghiệm được xây dựng rất chỉn chu. Chỉ có một điều hơi tiếc — tối qua mình đã không có cơ hội gặp Bếp trưởng. Mình thật sự muốn Bếp trưởng ra chào một chút, để mình có dịp nói lời cảm ơn trực tiếp đến người đã tạo nên một bữa tối tuyệt vời như vậy. ❤️ Cảm ơn Si Dining vì một buổi tối rất đáng nhớ.

Het is een heel unieke ervaring om bij Si dining te eten! Het restaurant is prachtig ingericht en heeft een gezellige sfeer. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De porties waren groot genoeg. Het eten was fenomenaal goed. Heel pure ingrediënten die samen een explosie van smaak geven! We hebben hier een verjaardag gevierd en ook hiervoor raden we het zeker aan!

Thanks Alessio and the team for making my birthday dinner memorable. We always make Si Dining a must when in Da Nang. There is a growing fine dining scene in Da Nang, we’ve tried many new restaurants on this trip but nothing compares to Si which continues to be our fave. The whole package of awesome food, great beverage options, beautiful dining space, cool music and professional wait staff make it a cut above the rest. Shout out to Tram who looked after us with her attention to detail without being intrusive, it really was a wonderful night. Thanks again.

Yêu cầu steak medium rare nhưng như mọi người thấy trong ảnh thì là rare. Mình ăn khá nhiều fine dining và kì vọng nhiều vào Michelin star nhưng đồ ăn ở đây làm mình thất vọng. Kĩ thuật ko tệ nhưng ăn vào món ăn rất rời rạc, ko hòa quyện mà cũng ko có sự bùng nổ nào cả. Thời gian chờ đồ cũng rất lâu. Dc cái ko gian đẹp. Tổng bill có vang ~5tr

וואו אנחנו בויאטנם כבר שבועיים והיה לי קשה להגיד על משהו שהיה לי מאוד טעים... אני צמחונית אז האופציות שלי היו מוגבלות ופה לא נפלנו באף מנה, והזמנו די הרבה מנות (גם בשריות לבעלי) מטבח משוגע, עיצוב מהמם, שירות ברמה הכי גבוה שיש.

This place really blew my socks off! I went solo for a birthday dinner and they made my evening so special! I loved every single element, the food was incredible and the staff provided the most excellent service. Thank you for the birthday surprise and kind hand written birthday card which I accidentally left behind (can't believe I forgot to take that!) I will absolutely be back. That was amazing. Highly recommend.

One of my best dinner experience in whole vietnam. Host was so accommodating and made sure about our allergies. Chef have a magic in the food what they do . I booked it for a honeymoon date night dinner and we got a desert and trust me it hit the spot 😋. We are from new Zealand and I recommend to all my kiwis fellows to visit this restaurant 😀.

The food at Si Dining was exquisite. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with delicious appetisers that set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. As a vegetarian, I was particularly impressed by the dedicated vegetarian menu — creative, beautifully presented and full of flavours that truly tantalised the taste buds. The chef also made a special effort to prepare additional vegetable side dishes, which were absolutely delicious. The rainbow beetroot salad was a particular highlight. The interior is beautiful, with elegant décor and striking artwork creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Si Dining. It is well worth the experience and a wonderful way to enjoy fine dining in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Had a birthday celebration here. Fantastic ambiance, food and service. No complains at all! Would 100% come back.

A great night at Si restaurant, where Trang and the team spoiled us with great food and wine. The oyster and mackerel salad was delicious and the pigeon recommended! Will definitely be back.

The most special meal we had in Danang. Refined but in such a skilful way. Italian and Vietnamese fusion in its finest form. Absolutely loved it. We shared three entrees which were nothing short of spectacular and a main of chicken which was stunningly flavourful. Dessert was magnificent. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return
