The ״Classic Phin Freeze״ at Highlands Coffee is essentially the ultimate Vietnamese dessert in drink form. It’s a fantastic, refreshing blend of bold, traditional Phin-filtered coffee and smooth ice, topped with satisfying coffee jelly and rich whipped cream. A fair warning: This drink contains enough sugar to power a small army. It is incredibly sweet, so if you aren't looking for a massive sugar rush with your caffeine, you might want to ask for reduced sweetness. In my opinion, Highlands Coffee is "schooling" Starbucks in Vietnam. It’s no coincidence that the global giant struggles to compete with them; the local chain simply understands the Vietnamese palate and coffee culture on a much deeper level.
Terrible service. They serve very bitter coffee, I ask for extra caramel, they say I have to buy. Which I already purchased….. Highland Coffee Sucks at this location!!
Overally good, the staff was supportive and kind, although i need to push a bit when having ordered through Momo, but it is totally fine to me. The cake i ordered (Bong Lan Trung Muoi) and Tra Sen Vang were OK, even though i think the Lotus Tea is pretty sweet, but you can told to put less sugar so it is fine as long as you have notified that it is generally sweeter than the others. The atmospher is not opened air, and quite small, i think it is quite noisy to take a table under AC, i recommend outdoor
Very disappointed by the service at lottle mall HiLand branch . My glass was full with ice and very little amount of coffee was there which has just gone in one sip. On informing they said Vietnamese coffee are like this with lots of ice and I said it’s not the first time I am having it. Anyways it was very bad experience. Disappointed by the brand

I just want to buy cold latte and waited 25 minutes to get it, there wasn’t any customer but staff kind of young and doesn’t care the customer just play. Then I told them where is my coffee than one girl take the milk and put the coffee on top of it with angry face and give. I didn’t mind because I have worked coffee shop before and I thought they are tired. But than latte didn’t have any test. It is milk test. I bring back and ask them it isn’t latte. And she gets angry and put some more milk on top of my coffee. I was angry then, I didn’t take the coffee just go out. I have paid 65k for coffee but didn’t drink the coffee and didn’t take the money too. Local coffee shops cheap and 100% better than highland. I never come again and money is for them as the gift. Buy the coffee outside cheap and good.
