Highlands is my go-to spot for iced-lattes, but I MUST highlight something that blew my mind! The young man in the photos gave my wife & I the best service we've received after being in Vietnam over 6 months! His connection, engagement, attention, energy and flow, were delivered and presented naturally and professionally. Even his upsell offer (food items) did not feel like up selling at all. If we any room left after dinner, I would have considered buying something extra just because of him! Keep an eye on this future superstar young man!

The ״Classic Phin Freeze״ at Highlands Coffee is essentially the ultimate Vietnamese dessert in drink form. It’s a fantastic, refreshing blend of bold, traditional Phin-filtered coffee and smooth ice, topped with satisfying coffee jelly and rich whipped cream. A fair warning: This drink contains enough sugar to power a small army. It is incredibly sweet, so if you aren't looking for a massive sugar rush with your caffeine, you might want to ask for reduced sweetness. In my opinion, Highlands Coffee is "schooling" Starbucks in Vietnam. It’s no coincidence that the global giant struggles to compete with them; the local chain simply understands the Vietnamese palate and coffee culture on a much deeper level.

Hy vọng nhân viên nên để ý hơn, đơn hàng đặt từ sớm nhưng phải đợi hơn 40p thì chưa thấy xác nhận đơn hàng xún hỏi thì bảo không thấy đơn rồi bắt đầu mới làm. Coi sao chứ nhân viên làm mà không có trách nhiệm công việc thì nên coi lại

여기와서 첫 하이랜드 커피인대 달달한것들 아주 맛남. 한국인 기준 젤 큰거 시켜도 작은 사이즈 최고 단점은 여기 앉아서 마시고 있음 정말 개개개개더움. 출입문 바로 옆이라 습도높은 히터 직빵으로 맞음 ㅋㅋㅋ 딱 들고 다시면서 구경도 하면서 드시길 추천.

Milk tea with mochi, size M. I feel the service is very bad. The cup is 65k but full of ice, the liquid is not even 1/5 of the cup. The staff is not enthusiastic, doesn't bother to ask if customers want anything else, but is in a hurry to print the bill. And they give customers dirty looks, what's that about?????

따뜻한 Trà Sen Vàng을 주문했는데 시원한걸 줘서 변경했는데 바로 교환해줬습니다. 문제는 위에 크림이 적고 불친절한 직원의 태도였습니다.

This is always my favorite choice. Quality drinks, delicious coffee, cakes are also okay. Staff are super friendly and provide good customer support, clean space.

The shop is clean, the staff are cheerful and friendly, the drinks I find delicious and rich in flavor, I quite like the atmosphere here and I will visit the shop regularly. 100 points.

The manager needs to retrain the staff. The two female employees on the day shift of May 9th at 8 PM were very clueless. For the mulberry smoothie, I specifically asked for no sugar, but they still added sugar syrup. For the matcha, I also asked for no sugar and no condensed milk, but they blended it in the same blender with other drinks??? And they put it in the fridge even though I asked for takeaway??? When confronted, they passed the blame back and forth and denied it??? Also, they didn't press the buzzer for customers to pick up their drinks, and they said they forgot??? The machine was made to vibrate so customers can come get their drinks, so what do you mean by forgetting???

Today's cup of coffee and peach jelly tea are much better than usual. Perhaps because you are managing the shift today and the staff who took our order supported us very enthusiastically and professionally. You all have worked hard.

Service but mainly fooling around, when it's time for the shift they keep asking back and forth about the dish the customer already ordered (morning of April 3, 2026), the order is vague, not fully awake yet.

Spacious, airy space. Friendly staff, attentive and enthusiastic service. Drinks served quickly, no long wait.

I came in the afternoon, not many customers, placed an order via the mobile app. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff didn't make the drink right away but were still preparing ingredients. About 10 minutes later, a manager came to make the drink for me. Disappointed with the work attitude of the staff at this Highlands branch, making customers wait a long time even though the mobile bill had been issued and waiting until the customer asked, but it took another 5 minutes to make the drink.

Use drip to exchange for Hojicha milk tea Still has a lot of powder Staff said must buy to have jelly, using code does not. While other branches all serve Staff attitude not good -1
