Mì Quảng Bà Ngân

Khoảng 18h45 9/8/26 mình có gọi 1 tô mỳ gà, đem ra thì khá ngon mắt nhưng ăn thì nước bị chua, mình đã phản hồi quán nhưng cô chủ chỉ đứng trong quầy nói ra chua là do vắt chanh, trong khi trên bàn còn ko có 1 miếng chanh, và trước giờ mình ăn bún, phở, mỳ chưa bao giờ vắt chanh vô tô, quán chỉ có mình và 1 anh mua mang về nhưng chủ quán phớt lờ , ko quan tâm, buôn bán coi thường khách, vì lỡ việc đi làm nên ko phân bua, gửi 30k bỏ lại tô mỳ dang dở . Nếu vẫn khăng khăng mình vắt chanh vô thì mời check cam.

Đây có lẽ là một trong những quán mì Quảng lâu đời nhất ở Đà Nẵng. Theo lời nhân viên quán, quán đã có khoảng 80 năm. Từng ấy thời gian là một chặng đường rất dài, đủ để một quán ăn trở thành một phần ký ức của nhiều thế hệ người Đà Nẵng. Điều thú vị là sau bao nhiêu năm, quán dường như vẫn giữ nguyên cách làm và phong cách phục vụ rất truyền thống. Từ cách nấu, cách bày biện cho đến cách phục vụ đều mang cảm giác của một quán ăn lâu đời, không quá chú trọng vào việc làm đẹp hay hiện đại hóa không gian. Nhưng nếu hỏi tôi có ngon không thì thật lòng mà nói: không ngon. Điểm tôi thích nhất ở đây có lẽ là rau sống. Rau khá tươi và chất lượng. Quán nổi tiếng với mì gà, nhưng phần gà theo tôi lại chưa thật sự hấp dẫn. Gà được lọc xương trước nên khi ăn mất đi phần nào cảm giác ngon miệng, đặc biệt là cảm giác cắn và gặm một miếng gà còn nguyên xương. Mì tôm thịt cũng không phải thế mạnh của quán. Tôi đã thử và cảm thấy món này khá bình thường, không có điểm gì đặc biệt để phải nhắc đến. Một điểm trừ khác là quán hơi dơ. Khăn giấy được để khá nhiều và rải rác khắp nơi. Khi vắng khách, chủ quán cũng không dọn ngay. Khu vực xung quanh không được sắp xếp ngăn nắp, tạo cảm giác hơi lộn xộn và chưa thật sự sạch sẽ. Quán có bán thêm xương gà xí quách. Giá khá rẻ và ăn cũng được, đặc biệt phù hợp với những ai thích ngồi gặm xương, nhâm nhi và tìm lại cảm giác của những quán ăn ngày xưa. Nhìn chung, tôi nghĩ đây là một quán để tìm về ký ức nhiều hơn là một quán ăn ngon mà tôi sẽ đặc biệt giới thiệu. Nếu bạn muốn trải nghiệm một quán mì Quảng mang hơi thở Đà Nẵng xưa, có thể ghé thử. Còn nếu mục tiêu chỉ đơn giản là tìm một tô mì Quảng thật ngon, thì có lẽ nơi này chưa phải lựa chọn đầu tiên của tôi.

Delicious food, the restaurant serves enthusiastically. Noodles are good and there are many choices, raw vegetables are authentic Quang style. Especially, you can order a separate plate of bones and chicken to snack on.

Whoever criticizes this eatery, I don't care, but for me, the bone-in chicken Quang noodles here are very delicious, and the fresh herbs are always fresh and tasty. The price here has been the same for a long time; the owner hasn't raised the price and still keeps the portion size intact.

The service is terrible. I ordered 2 bowls, and they brought them out ice cold, as if they didn't even bother to reheat them before serving to customers. After just one or two bites, I gave up.

Mì Quảng is quite salty. The preparation area is not very clean.

I ordered chicken Quang noodles, but when I took it home, it was beef Quang noodles. At least you should inform the customer if you run out of ingredients.

Not very delicious

Service is terrible. The staff makes a sour face when customers order. A customer ordered chicken bones but they didn't bring them out; when the customer asked again, the owner frowned and said bones are bones, chicken is chicken, there's no such thing as chicken bones. And they sell by the plate, not by the bowl... paying to eat feels like begging... too bad... won't eat there again. Eating there is like eating a lump of anger.

I planned to eat Da Nang's specialty, Mi Quang, and had listed several famous shops, but due to various troubles at a nearby Japanese hotel, I had no time, so I went to the one closest to that hotel. On Google Maps, it was listed as Mì Quảng Bà Ngân, so I searched for that, but the actual shop name was My Quảng Bà Ngân, so I overshot a bit. This area is usually not very crowded, and since it was past noon, there were few customers. The staff spoke English fairly well, so there were no particular issues. (They were better than the front desk of the budget hotel.) First, the price was very cheap. As for the taste, it was average for me, but my companion said it was very delicious.

Soft noodles are delicious with a fragrant and flavorful broth.

A Mi Quang eatery with a history of about 70 years. Rich flavor, gamecock chicken carefully deboned. The broth from gamecock chicken is very rich. The noodles are chewy, soft, and shiny, made from local rice; the entire process of spreading and cutting the noodle sheets is done by hand to produce noodles that are neither too soft nor too hard, chewy and fragrant, with a moderately wide strip, not limp and thin like pho noodles (cut by machine) at some other noodle shops. Fresh and diverse greens.

Service attitude is terrible, arguing with customers face to face, blaming the customer when they are wrong, the hygiene of the shop is unimaginably filthy, the mouth of the water bottle is pitch black, the owner's face is unpleasant, in short, should not try, the noodles are very bad.

Terrible Mỳ Quảng. The waiter took a leftover glass of water from a customer, carelessly threw it out in front of the yard, then put it back on the tray.
